Teacher Experience Opportunity Drawing

$5/ticket
Ticket sales: Monday, March 16th through Thursday, March 26th.
Winners announced on Friday, March 27th.

Be on the lookout for a flyer coming home with your student! You can return the form to the PTO mailbox outside the front office with cash or a check made out to SEES PTO in a sealed envelope. Or stop by the PTO tent before or after school to purchase tickets in person.

How It Works

  1. Review Experiences
    Check out the experiences below with your student and choose the ones they’d enjoy most—whether it's being a principal for the day, joining a teacher for an off-campus activity, or having lunch with a favorite teacher.
  2. Purchase Tickets
    Tickets are $5 each. Buy as many as you like to increase your chances of winning.
  3. Wait for the Drawing
    Winners will be randomly selected and announced on Friday, March 27th.

  • How much are the tickets?
    $5 each.
  • How many should I buy?
    Most families purchase 1–20 tickets.
  • Can I choose any teacher or staff member?
    Yes. Students can choose any teacher or staff member, regardless of grade level.
  • When will winners be announced?
    Friday, March 27.
  • Is transportation provided for off-campus activities?
    No. Parents are responsible unless otherwise specified.
  • Is this a fundraiser?
    Yes. All proceeds go to SEES PTO to support staff salaries, supplies, field trips, assemblies, and more.
  • Do teachers and staff get reimbursed?
    No. They volunteer their time and resources to make this event special.

Your student and one friend will join your teacher after or before school for ice cream in the classroom and participate in a game or art project! Date TBD.

Kindergarten

Your student and one friend will join our Kindergarten teachers and their winners for a walk to Golden Spoon. When we come back we will get to play together as a group on the playground

  • Date: a Wednesday TBD 2:15-3:30
  • Winners: 1 per class + 1 friend each

1st Grade

Your student and one friend will join our 1st grade teachers for a walk to Shane’s after school. Pizza and a cupcake will be served! One winner per class.

  • Date: Wednesday, April 8 from 2:45-3:45pm
  • Winners: 1 per class + 1 friend each

2nd Grade

Your student and one friend will join our 2nd grade teachers for a treat at Starbucks and games in the town square.

  • Teachers: Bruce, Hall, Kreger, Miller S., Gidner/Taylor
  • Date: Wednesday, April 29 from 2:15-3:45
  • Winners: 1 per class + 1 friend each

3rd Grade

Your student and one friend will join our 3rd grade teachers for a game of laser tag! One winner per class. Parent responsible for providing transportation.

  • Teachers: Anastasio, Bordonaro, Chong, Manaktala, Schluederberg, Faulkner
  • Date: Wednesday, April 8 from 3:00-4:00
  • Winners: 1 per class + 1 friend each

4th Grade

Your student and one friend will join our 4th grade teachers for a game of laser tag! One winner per class. Parent responsible for providing transportation.

5th Grade

Your student and one friend will join our 5th grade teachers after school for snacks in the teacher's lounge and games outside on the playground.

PE Experience

Your student will be PE teacher for the day and enjoy lunch on Coach Miller!

Music Experience

One student will be treated to a lunch & private lesson on any of her classroom instruments (ukulele, recorder, piano, voice, xylophone, djembe drum)

Library Experience

Your student will be librarian for the day and enjoy a GrubHub lunch on Mrs. Ellis.

STEM Experience

Your student will participate in a 6 vs. 6 flag football game with Mr. Bell as the all-time QB, with snacks and drinks provided.

ART Experience

After school, paint and sip. Snacks and juice and a canvas painting.

Learning Center Experience

Your student will be treated to a movie (Edwards San Marcos 18). Movie with popcorn and/or treat included! Parents will transport winner to meet teachers at theatre.

SEL Experience

Your student will join Mrs. Giana and Ms. Mills at Cat & Craft Cafe for a treat and playtime with cats. Parents/guardians responsible for providing transportation..

Front Office Experience

Your student will spend the morning with the SEES Front Office staff, enjoying a Starbucks treat and assisting with office duties until lunchtime.

Site Sub Experience

Baking with Mrs. Siben. Your student and a friend will get to put on an apron and a chef's hat during this fun afternoon baking experience at Mrs. Siben's house. The children will get to choose the cookies they will bake from a few options. While the cookies are in the oven they will work on a craft and eat a snack. Parents are welcome to stay and take pictures.
